Last week from May 14 to 15, 2025 the Final Stakeholder Conference of the "Underground Sun Storage 2030" project took place in Vienna.

With the successful completion of "USS2030" Underground Hydrogen Storage (UHS) in natural gas reservoirs is ready for scale up and implementation!

As operations at the Rubensdorf site are now continued within EUH2STARS, Matthias Greiml from RAG Austria presented the project and it's key targets at the conference. Other EUH2STARS partners also shared their expertise and experiences gained in "USS2030" at the conference.

The event provided a great opportunity to meet key stakeholders related to the hydrogen sector and to exchange knowledge in this field.
